Mr. Luo Fei is the chairman, managing director, and general manager of GPCP. He is also the general manager of IER Venture Capital, the standing director of Technology Enterprise Association of China, the deputy general secretary of Venture Capital Industry Association of Shenzhen, and the vice president of Management Consulting Association of Shenzhen.

Mr. Luo was the deputy general manager of Shenzhen AnXin Financial Consulting Company, in charge of developing the first securities database in China, organized first online IPO in China. He was the general manager of Shenzhen BeiDaZongHeng Financial Consulting Company, and served as financial consultant of several noted enterprises, including BeiDa Founder Group, Shenzhen KeXing Biology Group, Hangzhou HuaLi Group, etc.

Served on boards and supervisory boards of several companies, including Coship Electronics, etc., Mr. Luo has abundant experiences in investment management and IPO.

Mr. Luo obtained his BS in Economics and MS in International Economics from Peking University.

Mr. Li Wei, the managing director of GPCP, obtained his BE and MS in Economics from Peking University. He specializes in corporate governance and venture capital investment. Mr. Li is also the chairman of the board of directors of IER, the vice president of Venture Capital Industry Association of Shenzhen, the vice president of Angel Investor Club of Shenzhen, and the vice president of Shenzhen SME Development Association.

Mr. Li designed the first convertible bond of Bao’an and long-term warrant of Bao’an 93 in China and raised RMB 1.028 billion after issuing those securities. He handled the merger Bao’an Group and Shanghai Yanzhong Enterprises Co., Ltd. which was the first M&A case between public companies in China. The first project of Chinese online IPO, Hainan Gold Plate Online IPO, was also designed by Mr. Li.

Mr. Li helped AnxinTrust Financial Consulting Company to be the VIP member and the IPO recommender of Shenzhen Stock Exchange when he was the general manager of the company. Now, he manages some portfolio companies via venture capital investment, such as Coship, RXPE, Guard Libang Tech, A8 Music Group, and so on.

Mr. Liu Hao is the managing director and the deputy general manager of GPCP. Mr. Liu focuses on identifying market opportunities in the TMT. He also involved in the executive management of several enterprises.

Mr. Liu was in charge of the investment and management of many portfolio companies, including Coship Electronics, Keybridge Communications, Chinese Media, etc.

Mr. Liu obtained his BE from Beijing University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Chen Shijun is the managing director and deptuy general manager of GPCP. He has abundant working experiences in large enterprises and is sophisticated in corporate governance

He set up 5S management system and ISO9000 standard management in “AnShan RongXin” project as well as greatly accelerated the IPO procedure of RongXin Power Electronic Co.

Mr. Chen obtained his BE from Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Mr. Wang is the managing partner and deputy general manager of GPCP.

He took charge of the investment and capital management of many noted enterprises, including Han’s Laser, Coship Electronics, Clou Electronics, Hangsheng Electronics, Seaskyland Technologies, etc.

Mr. Wang provided financial assurance and management consultation services to more than 50 small and medial high-tech companies.

Mr. Wang obtained his BS, MS and PhD from Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Ms. Chen Ciqiong is the managing director and the CFO of GPCP. She is a certified public accountant, certified public assets estimator, and certified security analyst of China. She participated in the share restructuring, annual audit, and assets appraisal of several public companies. Ms. Chen obtained her MBA from Peking University.

Mr. Zhang specializes in VC investment in new material and new energy domain. He obtained his BE from Xi’an Jiaotong University and his ME from The Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Mr. Xu specializes in VC investment in service and extractive industry. He obtained his BA from Nankai University and his ME from Wuhan University of Technology.
